Return & Exchange Policy
At Drappy, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive an item that is not right for you, we offer an exchange facility under the terms below.
1. General Policy

All purchases made from Drappy are non-refundable.

We offer exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange requests will only be accepted if:

The item is unused
-
The item is unwashed
-
The item is not damaged
-
All original tags are attached
-
The item is returned in its original packaging

The invoice/order confirmation is provided

2. Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange for:

Size change, subject to stock availability

Exchange for another item, subject to stock availability and price difference adjustment
If the new item is higher in price, the customer will pay the difference. If it is lower in price, the difference may be adjusted as store credit.
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Items bought during sale, discount, or promotional periods

Only size exchange may be allowed, subject to availability

Any item marked as non-exchangeable on the product page
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact Drappy customer support within 3 days of delivery with:

Clear pictures of the item

A short explanation of the issue
After verification, Drappy may offer:

A replacement

An exchange
-
Store credit
-
Or a refund only in exceptional cases where replacement is not possible
5. Sale Items

Products purchased on sale or promotion are generally not eligible for exchange

If allowed, only size exchange may be possible, depending on stock availability

Any exchange will be processed at the current selling price
6. Color and Product Variation

Actual product color may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings

Minor color differences are not considered a defect and will not qualify as a valid reason for exchange
7. Courier Charges

For regular exchanges, the return courier cost will be paid by the customer

For damaged, defective, or wrong items confirmed by our team, Drappy may cover the courier charges or arrange a return pickup where applicable
8. Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, exchange requests may take 7 to 21 working days to process, depending on stock availability and location
9. Important Conditions

Items found to be used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted

Drappy reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions

If the requested exchange item is out of stock, store credit may be issued instead
