We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
International shipping is not available at this time.

- All orders are processed after order confirmation.
- Orders placed from Monday to Saturday are processed within 1 to 2 working days.
- Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sales, promotions, or high order volume, processing may take longer.
- Orders are dispatched only after successful verification, where required.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery may vary based on city, area, and courier availability.
- Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Prepaid Orders
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (where available).

- Please remain available on your phone for delivery coordination.
- Failed delivery may occur due to no response or incorrect details.
- Re-dispatch may involve additional shipping charges.
- Repeated failures may lead to COD restrictions.
8. Order Tracking
- Tracking ID is shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Tracking activates after courier handover.
- Check spam/junk folders if not received.
- Contact support if tracking is delayed.

10. Multiple Parcels
- Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.
- If items arrive separately, please allow time for remaining deliveries.
11. Order Cancellation or Modification
- Allowed only before processing.
- Not possible after dispatch.
