At Drappy, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. We deliver across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners, Postex and TCS.
Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking details by [email / SMS / WhatsApp].
Delivery Time
• Karachi: Same or next working day
• Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
• Delivery times may vary due to your location, courier delays, weather, public holidays, or sale periods.
Shipping Charges
Enjoy free delivery on all orders over Rs 4,990. The final charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment Options
We accept Cash on Delivery, card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), and bank transfer arranged through our customer support team.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you can follow its progress using the tracking details we send you or through the Track Your Order page on our website.
Changes and Cancellations
You can change or cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us by placing it, with your order number.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Drappy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we will gladly follow up with them on your behalf.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your name, phone number, and address are correct before completing your order. Drappy is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve it as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
