Return and Exchange Policy
At Drappy, we want you to shop with confidence. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help under the policy below.
1. General Policy
All purchases made from Drappy are non-refundable.
We offer exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets our exchange conditions.
If an item is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, Drappy will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for exchange, the item must:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Free from damage caused after delivery
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
Drappy reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.
3. What Can Be Exchanged
Eligible items may be exchanged for:
- A different size, subject to availability
- Another item of equal value, subject to availability
- Another item of higher value by paying the price difference
- Another item of lower value, where the remaining amount may be adjusted as store credit
All approved exchanges will be processed at the current selling price of the item at the time of exchange.
4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items are not eligible for exchange unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Items purchased during sale, discount, promotion, or clearance periods
- Undergarments and intimate wear
- Jewelry
- Fragrances
- Accessories
- Any item clearly marked as non-exchangeable on the product page
For sale or promotional items, only size exchange may be allowed, subject to availability and approval.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or materially different from your order, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please share:
- Your order number
- Clear pictures or video of the item
- A short explanation of the issue
Once verified, Drappy may provide one of the following (depending on the case and stock availability):
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Store credit
- Refund (if replacement or exchange is not possible)
6. Product Appearance and Color Variation
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.
However, slight differences in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen display settings. Minor color variation alone will not be considered a defect.
If an item has a clear manufacturing fault or is materially different from the product ordered, it may qualify for review under this policy.
7. Courier and Shipping Charges
For exchanges based on size, preference, or change of mind, return courier charges will be paid by the customer.
For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Drappy will cover the return shipping cost or arrange pickup where applicable.
Reshipping charges for approved exchanges may also apply unless stated otherwise.
8. Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and approved, exchanges are usually processed within 7 to 14 working days.
In some cases, processing may take up to 21 working days due to stock availability, remote delivery areas, or high order volume.
9. Change of Mind
If you change your mind after purchase, refunds are generally not offered.
In limited cases, cancellation requests made before dispatch may be reviewed at Drappy’s discretion.
Approved cancellations may include deductions for shipping, handling, or payment processing charges.
10. Important Conditions
Exchange requests may be declined if:
- The item has been used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- The request is made after the allowed time period
- The item is returned without original tags, packaging, or invoice
- The product falls under a non-exchangeable category
If the requested replacement is unavailable, Drappy may offer store credit or an alternative solution.

- Order number
- Contact number
- Reason for exchange or claim
- Item pictures or video (if applicable)

12. Final Review
All exchange and claim requests are subject to inspection and approval by Drappy.
