At Drappy Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.
- Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, customized/personalized products, intimate wear) are non-returnable.
2. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/SMS.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item).
3. Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be applicable if :
- The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer.
- The return request is initiated after 7 days.
- The product falls under non-returnable categories (e.g., perishables, intimate items).
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective.
- In cases of our error, Drappy Pvt Limited will cover return/exchange shipping costs.
